Full Service Planning
BEGINNING AT SIGNING OF CONTRACT

Initial consultation meeting (up to 2 hours) plus three additional 2 hour meeting

Unlimited communication via email and phone, during business hours

Communication and detail confirmation with the venue and vendors

Selection of vendors, assistance with budget planning, and payment reminders

Final walk-through at ceremony site and reception venue

Two (2) two hour meetings; these can be used for Capital Region located vendor appointments
